The Everest ECB96D4 is a heavy-duty refrigerated chef base designed to provide convenient cold storage directly beneath countertop cooking equipment. Featuring four refrigerated drawers and a reinforced stainless steel worktop, this 95 1/2" chef base is an excellent solution for restaurants, commercial kitchens, food trucks, commissaries, catering operations, and other high-volume foodservice environments.

The ECB96D4 features a 16-gauge stainless steel worktop engineered to help manage heat from cooking equipment, with additional insulation and an integrated air chamber and vent system that helps protect the worktop from heat-induced warping while maintaining efficient cabinet temperatures. Heavy-gauge corner guards help prevent mounted equipment from sliding, while reinforced caster brackets allow the cabinet to support up to 1,434 lbs. of equipment.

Its side-mounted, self-contained Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and is fully detachable for easier service and replacement without requiring on-site brazing. Electronically commutated fan motors and a full-length air duct help provide efficient, consistent cold-air circulation throughout the cabinet.
