Shipping Costs
Shipping charges are determined based on the equipment ordered, delivery destination, freight requirements, and applicable manufacturer or distributor shipping policies.
Some products may qualify for FREE Freight Shipping. When free freight is offered, it will be clearly stated on the individual product, during checkout, or on your custom quote.
Unless otherwise stated, free freight refers to standard freight delivery to an eligible destination. Additional or special delivery services may carry separate charges depending on the product, manufacturer, carrier, and delivery location.
For products that do not include free freight, applicable shipping charges may be displayed during checkout or included in a custom quote before the order is finalized.
Commercial & Freight Delivery
Many commercial kitchen equipment items ship by LTL or other commercial freight carrier rather than standard parcel delivery.
Depending on the shipment and destination, additional services may include:

Estimated shipping and delivery times vary based on product availability, manufacturer or distributor processing times, freight carrier schedules, and delivery location.
Any estimated shipping or delivery dates provided are estimates and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated in writing.

Receiving Your Equipment
Commercial equipment should be inspected carefully at the time of delivery.
Before signing for a freight shipment, inspect the packaging and equipment for visible damage whenever reasonably possible.
If damage is visible:
- Photograph the damaged packaging and equipment.
- Note the damage on the carrier's delivery receipt before signing.
- Retain all packaging and shipping materials.
- Contact Passionate Provisions LLC as soon as possible.
If significant damage is discovered after delivery, contact us promptly so we can review the situation and provide guidance regarding the applicable carrier, manufacturer, or distributor process.
Do not discard packaging or shipping materials until the equipment has been fully inspected.
Order Changes & Delivery Information
Please verify your shipping address, contact information, equipment specifications, and delivery requirements before completing your purchase.
Changes requested after an order has been submitted may not always be possible and may result in additional charges, including carrier redelivery, reconsignment, storage, or other freight-related fees where applicable.
Manufacturer-Specific Shipping Terms

The shipping terms displayed on an individual product, at checkout, or provided in a written quote apply to that specific purchase.
