Everest EPPSR2 59 1/8" Two Door Pizza Prep Table - 16 Cu. Ft.
The Everest EPPSR2 is a commercial two-door pizza prep table designed to combine refrigerated ingredient storage, food preparation space, and convenient cold storage into one workstation. It's an excellent fit for pizzerias, restaurants, delis, sandwich shops, cafés, and other high-volume foodservice operations.
With 16 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity, four adjustable shelves, and seven 1/3-size ingredient pans, the EPPSR2 provides ample space for storing toppings and refrigerated ingredients while keeping frequently used items within easy reach.
The preparation area features NSF-certified 6" deep polycarbonate pans, an insulated lid designed to keep the pan area cold and minimize moisture buildup, and a generous 19 1/4" deep removable cutting board for food preparation and easy cleaning.
The side-mounted, fully detachable Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and is designed for easier service without on-site brazing. ECM fan motors, optimized air circulation, automatic defrost, and an energy-efficient condensate system support reliable commercial operation.
