The Everest EPR2 47 1/2" Two Door Sandwich Prep Tablecombines refrigerated storage, ingredient organization, and food preparation space into one commercial workstation. Designed for restaurants, sandwich shops, pizzerias, cafés, delis, and other foodservice operations, the EPR2 provides 13 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage while keeping frequently used ingredients conveniently accessible in the top refrigerated pan section.
The preparation area accommodates twelve 1/6-size, 6-inch-deep food pans and includes an insulated lid to help maintain proper temperatures and reduce moisture buildup. A removable 12 1/4-inch-deep cutting board provides a spacious preparation surface while allowing easy removal for cleaning.
The EPR2 features Everest's side-mounted, fully detachable Blizzard R290 refrigeration system, utilizing environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant. Its detachable design allows easier servicing without requiring on-site brazing, while ECM fan motors and a full-length air duct promote efficient cooling and consistent cold-air circulation.
