The Everest EPPR1 is a compact commercial pizza prep table designed to combine refrigerated ingredient storage, food preparation space, and convenient cold storage in one efficient workstation. Its compact footprint makes it an excellent choice for pizzerias, restaurants, cafés, food trucks, and commercial kitchens where space is limited.

With 9 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity, two adjustable shelves, and four 1/3-size ingredient pans, the EPPR1 keeps frequently used toppings and ingredients conveniently accessible while providing refrigerated storage below.

The preparation area features NSF-certified 6" deep polycarbonate pans, a 1/2" thick foam-insulated lid to help maintain cold temperatures and reduce moisture buildup, and a generous 19 1/4" deep removable cutting board 1for food preparation and easy cleaning.

The side-mounted, fully detachable Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and is designed for convenient servicing without on-site brazing. ECM fan motors, full-length air circulation, automatic defrost, and an energy-efficient condensate system support reliable commercial operation.
