The Everest EPPR3 is a high-capacity commercial pizza prep table designed for busy pizzerias, restaurants, and high-volume commercial kitchens. Its expansive 93 1/8-inch work area combines refrigerated ingredient storage, a large food preparation surface, and convenient cold storage in one heavy-duty workstation.
With 30 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity, six adjustable shelves, and twelve 1/3-size ingredient pans, the EPPR3 provides substantial storage and preparation capacity for high-volume operations.
The preparation area features NSF-certified 6-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, a 1/2-inch-thick foam-insulated lid designed to keep the pan area cold and reduce moisture buildup, and a generous 19 1/4-inch-deep removable cutting board for preparation and easy cleaning.
The side-mounted, fully detachable Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and is designed for convenient servicing without on-site brazing. ECM fan motors, full-length cold-air circulation, automatic defrost, and an energy-efficient condensate system support reliable commercial operation.
