The Everest EPPR2 is a full-size commercial pizza prep table designed to provide refrigerated ingredient storage, a spacious preparation area, and convenient cold storage in one high-capacity workstation. Its 71-inch width and two-door configuration make it an excellent choice for busy pizzerias, restaurants, cafés, and commercial kitchens with higher-volume food preparation needs.
With 23 cu. ft. of refrigerated capacity, four adjustable shelves, and nine 1/3-size ingredient pans, the EPPR2 provides ample space for toppings, ingredients, and refrigerated supplies while keeping frequently used items conveniently within reach.
The preparation area features NSF-certified 6-inch-deep polycarbonate pans, a foam-insulated lid designed to maintain cold temperatures and reduce moisture buildup, and a generous 19 1/4-inch-deep removable cutting board for food preparation and easy cleaning.
The side-mounted, fully detachable Blizzard R290 refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant and is designed for convenient servicing without on-site brazing. ECM fan motors, full-length cold-air circulation, automatic defrost, and an energy-efficient condensate system support reliable commercial operation.
